Megan Mahoney Creative is a wedding and event planning company based in beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho. Led by Megan Mahoney, we plan weddings and events all over the Wood River Valley and beyond. We offer both Event Coordination and Full Planning packages and we strive to make your special day unique, memorable, and stress-free.
Additionally, we offer floral preservation services to preserve your memories for a lifetime. Using epoxy resin, we keep your flowers looking as beautiful as the first day you received them in a variety of functional and artistic pieces. Whether you are looking for event planning services, flower preservation, or both, Megan Mahoney Creative has you covered.

Had you asked me at the age of 18 where I was going to be in 10 years I would have unequivocally and boldly responded "I'm going to be on Broadway!" Well, a lifetime of creativity later and that is not the case, but my extensive theatrical background makes me the all star director, choreographer, production designer, and stage manager of your day, all so that you can be the star of the show! I approach every event with the attention to detail, creativity, and passion of a theatrical production. Whether a small, intimate event or a blowout extravaganza, I'm the planner for you.

Power Planning Session
Not sure where to start? With our Power Planning Session you can meet with Megan for 90 minutes and go over all the details for your wedding. From vendor selection to design ideas, Megan will give you a framework so you can walk away feeling good about your next wedding planning steps. If you decide you want to book a full package with Megan, this cost is credited towards your package. A GREAT gift for engaged couples!

Wedding Coordination
Our coordination service takes the stress off of the bride and groom, ensuring that all of the hard work they’ve put in leading up to the big day is not wasted. We will work closely with you in the months, weeks and days leading up to the event, so that you can enjoy your special day with peace of mind.

Our Full Service Planning package offers a comprehensive approach to making your wedding weekend perfect. Our experienced planners will help you coordinate every detail, from the venue to the flowers, so that you can enjoy your special day stress-free. With our Full Service Planning, you can rest assured that each moment of your wedding will be planned and executed with the utmost care.
